Join me every Wednesday evening @ 8pm (Ireland/UK time) for Midweek Mindshift, a guided breathwork session designed to reset your mind, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Through conscious breathing, we’ll shift stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and tap into a deep sense of clarity and presence—all from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, insight, or a midweek recharge, this is your time to breathe, reset, and realign.

Note:

Due to the nature of Breathwork, there are some contraindications where our style of breathing practice may not be appropriate. If you have any of the following conditions, we advise you reach out before reserving your place:

  • High blood pressure
  • Detached retina
  • Recent surgery
  • History of seizures
  • Diagnosed with severe PTSD
  • Severe Asthma
  • Cardiovascular problems / History of heart disease
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Currently taking any medications that alter brain chemistry
